Abstract EN

Higher education in Algeria has developed significantly over the last decade.

The university system in Algeria has registered steady growth in quantity, by increasing the number of university institutions, registered students and professors, in addition to increasing financial expenditure on this sector.

In the quality of the university configuration and the quality of scientific research.

This has made the Algerian university rank low in the international classification of universities.

Therefore, the deepening of quality and the achievement of excellence in the practices and procedures of the Algerian University is inevitable.

Through this study we will try to identify the importance of using effective means and methods to ensure the quality of higher education by improving the level of education, scientific research and community service.

All these products are intangible, Accordingly a model has been proposed and adopted to ensure the quality of outputs of higher education institutions in Algeria.
