Abstract EN

The article explores various issues related to the administrative approaches in the history of the Ottoman Empire; with regards to the origins and development of the Ottoman administration, and the administrative divisions concerning either the Regency system or the Vilayet.

The article also, deals with various essential employees, whether they were Beylerbeys, Pachas or Sanjak Bey.

The study also focused extensively on issues related mainly on the Ottoman feudal system with special emphasis on land system, related to what is called the Timar system, and addresses issues in relation with Iltizam system as well as the Mokataa and Malikane systems.
