This research aims at showing that the Arab Thought by Taha Abdurrahman; despite, the diversity of its renaissance projects it is still lagging behind, hence, according to Taha Abdurrahman, these projects have intensified and complicated this thought by practicing imitation and subordination to the other.

القول الفلسفي Therefore, Taha Abdurrahman suggested a substitution embodied in his "jurisprudence philosophy" (FIK'H ALFALSSAFA) one of the mechanisms that makes philosophy as a field of action, and it becomes a Discourse intermingled by human behavior, while once it was an field.

Besides, according to Taha, the most important step to lay the groundwork for "jurisprudence philosophy" is to reconsider the meaning of the Arab-Islamic philosophical Discourse, and relaunch it again away from tradition and subordination to the Western philosophical Discourse, along with highlighting the problematic of creativity and its hurdles.
