In this study, the issue of the effectiveness of removing security threats through the policy of displacement abroad in the North African region will be studied, in light of the presence of mixed threats linked along the national borders of the countries of the region and the countries of the Mediterranean basin in general, especially those related to the Libyan crisis and its implications for the rest of the countries North Africa, and in light of this situation, it has become the main concern for the countries of the region and the neighboring regions to remove these threats and displace them from outside their national territory as much as possible from the internal troubles that they are experiencing.

Therefore, focus will be placed on assessing the effectiveness of the policy of displacement abroad.

It is adopted by the countries of North Africa, and it provides mechanisms for regional cooperation that can lead to securing and controlling borders in the region.
