الهجرة غير الشرعية سميت بذلك لاجتياز الأفراد للحدود بالحيل و التزوير او جعلها غير مشروعة بعد انتهاء المدة السرية او غير القانونية كلها مدلولات تعبر عن خروج الأفراد عبر الحدود سواء البرية أو الجوية او البحرية للوصول إلى مكان أخر من اجل العيش المرخص لها في التأشيرة و تجاوزها لتصبح غير مشروعة قانونا يتناول الموضوع مشكلة اسباب الهجرة غير الشرعية و ماهي سبل مكافحتها انطلاقا من فرضية العلاقة بين الهجرة غير الشرعية و تدني المستوى الاقتصادي و المعيشي و منه يتضمن المقال محاولة للإجابة عن المشكلة و التأكد من صحة الفرضية وذلك ضمن منهجية متبعة مقسمة الى محورين اولهما مفاهيمي و ثانيها اهم الجهود المبذولة لمكافحتها و عليه تم التوصل الى استنتاجات مفادها ان الهجرة غير الشرعية اصبحت من التهديدات الامنية الكبيرة تشكل خطرا و لتفاديها يجب اعادة النظر في تنمية فعالة و حلول كفيلة للاستقرار في البلد الام طوعا و ليس كرها بمختلف القوانين الرادعة
Abstract EN
It's called Illegal immigration for those individuals crossing the borders with fraud and forgery, or making it illegal after the expiry of the secret or illegal period.
Legally, the topic deals with the problem of the causes of illegal immigration and what are the ways to combat it, based on the hypothesis of the relationship between illegal immigration and the low economic and living standard, and from it the article includes an attempt to answer the problem and verify the hypothesis, within a methodology followed and divided into two axes: the first is conceptual and the second is the most important effort made to combat it.
Therefore, conclusions have been reached that illegal immigration has become a major security threat and constitutes a danger.
