Providing a large amount of funds is one of the prerequisites for strengthening and increasing the role of local communities in economic development and determining wealth creation.

According to the system's approach, local communities are an open system, where they get a host of input from the ocean with its rapid variables that embody an interactive mix of economic, social, political, technological, ecological, legislative, cultural, etc.

, These include natural resources, human, financial, legal, legislative, etc.

In its development strategy, the Algerian state has chosen the policy of administrative decentralization, as this is evident in the fact that the central authority has given up many of the competencies of local communities (local administration).

The aim of this article is to introduce local administration, its work and its problems, while showing the importance of local financing in local development by identifying the most important local financial resources in different countries through the study of international models.
