This study is concerned with the practical and procedural aspects of the implementation and implementation of the municipal development plans and the rules on which such projects are based on the national economy.

Therefore, the study reached an important conclusion that development plans in general and municipal plans in particular are still subject to old laws that have not been amended since 1973.
