Abstract EN

The article deals with the importance of administrative effectiveness, within the tourism sector, as it is the strategic, productive and promising sector in Algeria, as part of the future directions to raise the capabilities of the economy.

The administrative effectiveness is based on familiarity with the rules of public service on the one hand and raising the efficiency of the tourism sector on the other hand, in order to reach a high-quality tourism service that satisfies customers and clients.

Especially since the contemporary administration is no longer an authoritarian one, but rather an efficient, honest and transparent service administration that is preoccupied with satisfying the beneficiaries of its services.

The article concluded that Algeria, in light of the rapid development witnessed by the world, especially the sweeping of information and communication technologies and the emergence of modern administrative facilities within the tourism services sector, is required more than ever to work on developing and improving the quality of its services, in line with these developments, specifically the strength of competitive economies and the severity of their permeability.
