Abstract EN

In light of this continuous development of the corruption phenomenon, even though it is not specific to Algeria, various parties try to shed light, or at least identify the determinants of this epidemic phenomenon, starting from the definition of conceptual framework of administrative corruption.

Algeria, as a country, has not been kept away from this phenomenon, it has even taken the leadership rank according to the latest statistics and reports carried out by the Transparency International.

However, the Government has not remained idle on this issue.

This is evident, as shows Algeria's ratification of various international and regional Treaties and Conventions.
