Abstract EN

The research aims to verify the validity of the questionnaire of the educated organization that was proposed by the two researchers (Watkins and MARSPEC) in the Iraqi environment.

The second version, or the amended version, consisting of seven dimensions and (21) words for measurement was approved.

The questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of workers in a number of Rasheed Bank branches whose number reached (395) individuals.

The Statistical Program for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze the sample responses that proved the validity of using the model in the Iraqi environment, where the perception of the importance of the model dimensions was (83.4) and that the reliability and validity coefficients of the Cronbach Alpha method, mid-segmentation, test and retest were also high and positive.

In light of the results, a number of recommendations were suggested, the most important of which is the necessity to try the same model in other organizations to enhance its validity in the Iraqi environment.
