This research is aimed to test the extent of the differences between the employees of the general tax authority in dakahlia governorate towards the degree of authentic leadership.

In addition, the exposure range of workplace bullying behaviors given their demographic differences such as gender, age, length of service.

Moreover, to determine the nature of the relationship between authentic leadership and workplace bullying behaviors.

Primary data was collected based on a questionnaire collected from a sample consisting of 314 employees, among them was 247 valid surveys with a response rate of 78.66% .
