Abstract EN
The study aimed to identify knowledge of the relation between (software, infrastructure) used in the work and (commitment to work), also to knowledge the relation between (programs, infrastructure) used in the work and (speed of completion of work) for employees, to fulfill these objectives the descriptive analytical method is used in this study, where the researcher used the questionnaire to collect primary data through direct questions and inquiries, The study community is the staff working at King Abdul Aziz University in Jeddah, a simple random sample was chosen from the society to conduct the study is (182) person, the study concluded that there is a commitment to the programs used by the staff as the programs used have proved effective in (commitment to work), (speed of completion of work), there is also a clear impact on the infrastructure, where it was found that the infrastructure available at the university affects the extent of (commitment of employees to work), (speed of completion of work), the study recommendations that need to maintain the programs of the current systems used in the university and work to develop and modernize, and need to take care of the information systems and provide the necessary resources to establish them through the orption of new devices that help to complete the work as quickly and at the lowest cost, and the need for the administration of the university to modernize the infrastructure of the university to contribute positively to support the administrative information systems at the university, and to provide qualified people specialists to work in the field of information and skills development among the administrators of information systems at the university, and to use advanced computer programs to contribute positively to the commitment of employees to work at the university to increase their overall performance in general, and finally the researcher recommended further studies on the subject in order to scarcity in the local environment in Saudi Arabia.
