Attention to talent in business management has become necessary toachieve high performance with a focus on talent as a source of competition and toface the challenges and access to new markets and move forward and companiesthat have talent and a successful workforce can develop its reputation to be a distinctand attractive place to work, and this research aims to test the role of talentmanagement In the transition to the smart organization in the Ministry of ElectricityTraining and Development Department through a survey of the views of thedirectors of this ministry, which number 30 manager The variables of smartorganization and correlation and regression to test the hypotheses of the relationshipand impact, global analysis and to identify the most influential factors in the smartorganization, I have indicated the results showed significant correlation between thetwo variables, as well as the impact of talent management in the transition to a smartorganization.
