The reality of strategic planning in the departments of education offices in Al-Laith educational district from the viewpoint of department heads and employee union
Study objectives: The study aimed to identify:
1.

The reality of strategic planning in the departments and unification of education offices in the province of Laith.

2.

The extent to which the strategic planning process relates to the efficiency of roles and processes in the administrative system in departments and unification of education offices.

3.

The efficiency of strategic planning in the departments and unification of education offices with the availability of continuous training and qualification programs.

4.

The obstacles facing strategic planning in the departments and unification of education offices, its real causes, and ways to confront them.

5.

Provide recommendations and proposals for the most important solutions to address the shortcomings in strategic planning in education offices.

Study methodology: The method used is the descriptive survey method because it is more appropriate to know the reality of the aspects of the study.

Study community: The current study community consisted of: All heads of departments in education offices, and they were (33) heads and employees (134) in Al-Laith governorate, during the first semester of the year 1439 AH 1440 AH.

Study tool: A questionnaire developed by the researcher as a study tool, and it was presented to a group of arbitrators with specialists until it reached its final image.

The most important results of the study: The current study found that there is a lack of approval from individuals for the research sample on the reality of strategic planning in the province of Laith, and it was clear from the results of the questionnaire for the research, which measures the reality of strategic planning among the heads of departments and units in education offices, with the availability of financial resources in its axis From the other axes, the results of which were in the following order, as the availability of financial resources follows the axis of the organizational structure, the efficiency of human resources, the spread of a culture of strategic planning in the department, and the commitment of the department management to strategic planning.
