Abstract EN

The study aims to determine the effect of the use of the Whole Brain strategy on students' vocabulary knowledge and study skills.

The quasiexperimental research method was used in this study.

Vocabulary knowledge test and study skills are the tools of the study.

The pre-test – posttest design was used to determine students' enhancement of vocabulary knowledge.

A study skills' scale was used to determine the change in the participants' study skills.

A set of ten lessons were planned and instructed to a group of thirty students of first prep stage.

It has been proved that there is a significant statistical difference between pre and post administration of both the knowledge test as well as the study skills' scale.

So the whole brain strategy has an effect on developing the study's participants' vocabulary as well as their study skills.
