The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of using the 5 E's instructional model on secondary stage students' grammar learning.

The model was applied by ten prospective teachers in five secondary stage classes to teach English grammar.

A qualitative assessment questionnaire designed by the researcher was used for investigating improvement in students' learning of grammar and for evaluating the application of the model in English teaching.

Results showed significant improvement in students' learning of grammar which proves that the5 E's instructional model can be used to enhance English learning in TEFL classes
