This article stems from the fact that modern rhetoric or argument theory relates to ancient rhetoric, so that argument witness their investigations in the form of evidence and graphical methods based on persuasion.

Modern rhetoric has used this inquiry in its deliberative dimension to confirm that human discourse in its various fields is capable of influencing.

On this basis, our study went to address the message of Qian to Al-Jahiz, starting from a fundamental question: Was Al-Jahiz able, in his representation of human models, to get rid of the authority of poetic photography and form a horizon different from that of representation in prose texts? So what are the manifestations of modern argument theory in Qiyan's message? The study concluded that the Qian message was an artistic, literary and social message which fulfilled the aesthetic, function.
