New concepts, like asymmetric war become a reality, since many major armies in various region in the world engaged in many wars across the world, as appear in Electronic wars, which transformed from theory into real world.

Moreover this kind of wars become the direct cause to outbreak the conventional military conflict, this show the strategic danger that entails in the electronic wars that pushed the information security to occupy the top priorities of international national security.
