Abstract EN

Title of Research: Remote Interpretation and its Juristic applications by the Fundamentalists In this Research, I have talked about Interpretation (Ta’weel) in terms of its abstract linguistic meaning and its meaning by the Fundamentalists, as stated in their books of fundamentalism and showed how Interpretation and Explanation are relevant, clarifying the difference between the both terms.

I have also talked about the conditions of Interpretation; since Interpretation is not the original, and it can only be resorted to it under those conditions.

In addition, I have demonstrated its types in terms of authenticity and voidness, and closeness and remoteness, and then I addressed the fields of Interpretation and the division of the explicit and concealed words by Al Ahnaf and the consensus of Scientists, in order for determining the scope of Interpretation in the texts.

This Research has dealt with some applied Juristic cases on the remote Interpretation in several juristic sections, and then it referred to the opinion of Dhahiriya, the people who took the manifestations of the absolute Qur’an and Sunnah texts refusing any interpretation, regarding Interpretation and I ended this research with the indexes.
