English Abstract

A field experiment was carried out during the summer 2017 agricultural season in Kirkuk governorate to estimation some genetic parameter of three genotypes of soybean Iman, Taqa and Lee74 planted at different distances between lines 40, 50 and 60 cm.

The experiment was carried out according to the randomize complete block design as a factorial experiment with three replicates to study the number of nodes on the main stem, length of internodes cm, weight of pods.

Plant-1 , pod weight, number of seeds.

Pod-1 g, weight 1000 seed g, Percentage of seed filtration (%), seed yield g.plant-1 , oil yield Kg.

ha-1 and protein yield kg.

The results showed that the distance of planting 40 cm gave the highest difference in genetic, phenotypic, heritability and expected genetic advance of 40.63, 40.66, 99% and 39.38% respectively for the oil content of kg.

ha-1 , while the distance of planting 50 cm 87.62, 87.68, 99% and 84.94 respectively, for the seed filtration ratio, while the planting distance was 60 cm 42.02, 42.03, 99% and 40.76%, respectively, for weight of pods.

Plant-1 .

Higher genetic correlation was found at the different planting distance of 1.000, 1.012 and 1.016 respectively.

Higher phenotypic correlation is 1.099, 1.748 and 3.285, respectively.
