English Abstract

This study was conducted in the graduate laboratories of the College of Agriculture and the Animal House in the College post of Veterinary Medicine, University of Tikrit to estimate concentrations of Industrial antioxidant BHA in (milk, oils and juices) samples from various sources, Local markets in the province of Salah Al ddin, as well as the effect of concentrations of the estimated antioxidant in the growth and some biochemical parameters and function of Kidney in male of rats were used concentrations (100, 200, 300, 400) mg/kg of body weight.

The results showed that all of samples of (milk, oils and juices) were contain concentrations of antioxidants of BHA ( 09.90–136.5) (70.40-227.11) (74.91- 131.82) mg / kg respectively.
