تهدف الدراسة الحالية لفحص قاعات الدواجن للكشف عن الأمراض التالية: النيوكاسل، التهاب الصبات المعدي، الكمبورو وأنفلونزا الطيور في محافظة الديوانية لمدة سنه باستخدام تقنية فحص الايلايزا.
تم فحص 20 طير لكل قاعه من 37،53 ،35، و 30 قاعه على التوالي للأمراض أعلاه.
أظهرت النتائج إن انتشار الأمراض في تلك القاعات كان تقريبا 10%.
حيث أظهرت هذه الدراسة وجود تلك الأمراض في مدينة الديوانية.
English Abstract
The current study was conducted to investigate chicken breeding halls about the presence of Newcastle disease, infectious bronchitis, infectious bursal, and avian influenza diseases in Al-Diwaniyah City during one-year period.
Using indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), 20 birds per hall were tested from 37, 53, 35, and 30 halls respectively.
The results showed that the chickens were infected with these diseases in prevalence~10%.
The present study results conclude that these diseases are prevalent in Al-Diwaniyah city chicken halls which requires urgent veterinary processes to stop the diseases from further spreading across the city and the country.
