The current study problem relied on the results of some previous studies that emphasized the weakness of the Ability of Egyptian universities in managing and investing intellectual capital and the weak competitiveness of universities in accordance with international academic classifications, so the current study aimed to develop a proposed vision for investing intellectual capital in Egyptian universities in light of The global shift towards a knowledge economy.
