 This has been done about Establishing this desired educational theory by adopting a new vision in disaster management in educational institutions by preparing models that are ready to deal with such an emergency (COVID-19), And through the presence of some powers in its uses.

These models are built through a necessary information system, which is required to be available at the level of educational institutions, at the level of educational departments, at the level of directorates and the Ministry of Education, and seeks to spread awareness among its members of these educational institutions, and then becomes evidence of awareness.

The philosophy of the new educational theory for managing the emerging COVID - 19 pandemic virus has been based on several axes: defining the dimensions and personnel of managing this pandemic and the extent of their powers, with the vision of the proposed partnership to manage it.

Also, this theory relied on several principles, including: - Conscious leadership in the management of the COVID-19 pandemic, and other disasters.
