Abstract EN

We describe a case presenting complaint of complete lower body paraparesis, which was discovered to have splenic marginal zone lymphoma (SMZL).

While paraneoplastic syndromes are more common in tumors, such as small cell lung cancer, very few reports exist on this condition with SMZL.

We describe such a rare entity with a clinical course spanning twenty-four months after diagnosis.
