Abstract EN
Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) infections are associated with thrombocytopenia.
The underlying mechanism of thrombocytopenia in this setting is unknown.
Herein, we report a case of RSV-related thrombocytopenia associated with transient cytogenetic abnormalities that occurred following umbilical cord blood transplantation.
