The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of the inverted grade strategy on achievement in the chemistry course of gifted secondary school students, The researcher used the semi-experimental method, where a sample of talented students was selected in secondary schools In Al-Mundaq and Al-Baha area, 40 students were gifted, Were randomly distributed to two groups: the control group (taught using the book) consisting of (20) students, The experimental group (taught using the inverted row) is 20 students, The measurement was carried out using an achievement test to measure the higher cognitive levels (analysis - composition - calendar) Where it has been verified the sincerity and stability, And then applied before and after the two groups, and using the appropriate statistical methods have been reached a set of results, the most prominent of which: There was a statistically significant difference at () between the average scores of the experimental and control groups In the post-application of the higher cognitive levels of the achievement test (analysis - synthesis - calendar) For the experimental group of high school students, There was also a statistically significant difference at () between the average scores of the experimental and control groups In the post-application of higher cognitive levels as a whole for the achievement test (analysis - synthesis - calendar) For the benefit of the experimental group of talented secondary school students, In light of these results, a number of recommendations were presented, Need to pay attention to teaching chemistry course at the secondary stage for gifted students Through the use of inverted grade strategy that facilitates learners to acquire the educational experience provided to them, And the ability to think and work to improve the educational process in general, and chemistry in particular
