Abstract EN

The Research aimed at knowing the effectiveness of the seven-cycle learning model based on strategies to solve the problem in the development of mathematical thinking and achievement skills among girls in the preparatory stage.

The primary sample consisted of (80) girl from the second grade preparatory school from the Abu Dawood Preparatory School and the compound of preparatory school.

They were divided into two equal groups in terms of some variables: the first consisted of (40) girl representing the experimental group and the second consisted of (40) girl and represent the control group.

The researcher prepared a guide for the teacher in the two engineering units (average triangles and triangles of equal legs, variance) in the light of the proposed strategy in addition to the activities booklet.

Test was also conducted to measure mathematical thinking skills, this test was standardized using statistical methods, the test was applicated as a pre- application to the girls of the two groups.

The proposed strategy was taught to the girls of the experimental group.

At the same time, the expository method was taught to the students of the control group.

Upon completion of the teaching process, Apply the same test as post- measurement.
