The aim of the study was to identify the effectiveness of using K.

L Strategy in developing achievement in science and Basic science processes among sixth grade female pupils.

To achieve this, the researcher followed the semi-experimental method based on the design of the two groups: experimental and control, and designed a test of achievement in science and Basic science processes.

The sample consisted of (50) students divided into two groups: experimental group (25) students were taught using K.

W.

L Strategy, and a control group (25) students were taught in the usual way, the data were treated using the t-test of two independent groups and the effect size equation.

The results of the research reached: There are differences at (α ≤ 0.05) between the means of the experimental and control groups in the post-measurement of achievement in science test at the and the total score in the direction of the experimental group and the effect size of the use K.

L Strategy was large at the levels and total degree.
