The present study aimed at uncovering the influence of the Fiqh school on the Islamic educational thought by identifying the historical and scientific conditions associated with its emergence, revealing the school's jurisprudential status, its objectives and sources, and its main educational institutions, as well as presenting the educational opinions of some of the school's thinkers.

The study used the documentary approach.

The result was that the emergence of the school of jurisprudence has some historical and scientific conditions.

And that school jurisprudence enjoyed a lot of influence and spread, even returned the most important schools and the most extensive in the field of education and the most widespread and influential.

And that the objectives of the school of jurisprudence, defending the book and the Sunnah, and the dissemination of the Islamic faith, and the preparation of judges and members of the Hesba, teachers and scientists.

And that there are several sources relied upon by the school of jurisprudence such as the Koran, and Sunnah, and consensus, measurement and appreciation, and say companions, and the work of the people of the city and others.

The study also reached the diversity of educational institutions among jurists such as mosques, kateebats, houses of scholars, schools, shops, readers and hospitality.

The curriculum also varied, and there were curricula for the boys' books, and curricula for the higher stage for the preparation of jurists.

The methods of teaching in the school of jurisprudence also varied, such as the way of listening, memorizing, dictating, and the method of difference and accompaniment, and the method of question and answer and others.

It is also the results that the scholars of the school of jurisprudence and its scholars contributed to many educational opinions through the different centuries such as Abu Hanifa, Ibn Sahnoun, Al-Mawardi, Ibn Taymiyyah and others, and thus took the lead in modern education in many educational issues.
