Arabic Abstract

أجريت هذه الدراسة لتقيم معرفة صغار منتجي الالبان في محافظة السليمانية و علاقتها مع بعض المتغيرات المستقلة مثل (المستوى الاكاديمي العمر مصدر المعلومات دورات التدريب الارشادي اتجاه العمل عدد سنوات العمل).

و تضمن مجتمع الدراسة منتجي الالبان في محافظة السليمانية و القرى التابعة لها.

حيث ان نموذج من 29 منتج البان وتم الحصول على المعلومات من خلال استبيان و اسئلة مباشرة معهم وتم تحليل المعلومات احصائيا.

بينت النتائج ان المستوى المعرفي العام للعاملين مزارع انتاج الحليب و الالبان الصغيرة يميل الى الانخفاض ولم تسجل أي علاقة معنوية بين مستوى معرفة العاملين مع كل من العمر و سنوات العمل و مصدر حصول العاملين على المعلومات و سجل العاملين الذين كانوا بعمر 19-38سنة اعلى مستوى معرفي (86.9% ) و سجل العاملين لمدة 21-40سنة في حقل انتاج الالبان اعلى مستوى معرفي (82.9% ) بينما كان تاثير مصدر المعلومات من نسبة 76.7% و سجل اعلى مستوى للعلاقة بين المستوى الاكاديمين (الدراسة العالية) مع المستوى المعرفي و كانت 89.5% بينما سجل العاملين اللذين شاركوا في دروات تدريبية من (صفر-1) نسبة 85.8% من المستوى المعرفي.

English Abstract

This study has been done to evaluate the level of knowledge for dairy products small producers in the province of Sulaimani and its relationship with some of the independent variables namely, (Academic achievement -Age - Sources to gather information- Extension training courses -The trend towards work- working years).

The research population include all dairy producers in Sulaimani and its affiliated villages, a sample of (29) people was taken, questionnaire was used to collect data through the interview, and a set of statistical methods was used to analyze the data The results showed that the general level of respondents working in the management of small farms for the production of Milk and Dairy products medium tends to decline, no significant differencewas shown at level 0.05 between the level of knowledge and the independent variables(the Age, working years, Sources to gather information).

the high level of knowledge for the age variable was 19-38 years and in average 86.9% while the persons (respondent) who worked between 21-40 years had a high level of knowledge 82.9% in these years, the sources to gather information were medium with percentage of 76.7% , as well high significant differences were observed between the personal knowledge level at significant level 0.05 and independent variables(Academic achievement and The trend towards work and the number of training courses), the highest rate of knowledge was (89.5) for the respondents who fall within the category High School and the highest average of knowledge level of respondents were in the positive direction was 87.4% , whereas respondents who were participant in 0-1 of training courses had the highest level of knowledge of average ( 85.8% ).
