The aim of this research is to clarify the nature of the relationship between the Interactional justice and Employees involvement.

To achieve this goal, the researcher conducted a Survey study in one of the hospitals in Basrah Governorate.

The sample of the study consisted of (60) employees.

In this light, the researchers conducted the data process analysis and hypothesis testing using statistical methods such as the use of SPSS statistical program to analyze data and used methods statistical descriptive to know the perceptions sample members to the impact of Interactional justice variables on the Employees involvement, were using analysis regression to test the effect of the independent variables on dependent variables.

In the light of the results of the analysis, the researcher reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is the moral impact of interactive justice on the Employees involvement through working conditions, which indicates the interest of the respondents management in the spirit of cooperation in the work as well as the director's treatment of consistent and balanced behaviors with all.

With regard to the recommendations, the most important was the increase the sense of fairness of the staff, especially with regard to hearing the proposals of the employees regarding decisions adopted by the administration, as well as the application of decisions to all workers and without exception.
