The human element is an important element in the life of business organizations or public organizations.

It is the main driver of all activities and the basis of their effectiveness, especially if this resource is distinguished by its skill, knowledge, ability and adaptability to the nature of its business.

Its activities in the field of selection, recruitment, reception, guidance and follow-up of human resources, with the aim of developing new skills and knowledge in line with the new functional requirements.

The study focuses on identifying the reality of the performance of the workforce and the factors affecting it T education, and to identify the most important experiences of some countries in the development of human resources, and recognize the reality of human resources development in the General Directorates of Education in the Sultanate of Oman.

The study was made with a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: the necessity of awareness of the importance of training in the life of the employee and as a motivation to raise the level of their performance by providing them with knowledge and auxiliary qualifications, encouraging discussion of mistakes and challenges to find out their causes and how to avoid them in the future, and work on involving employees in some important decisions in their field, And strive to develop and instill the creative culture of staff.
