Abstract EN

The study aimed at identifying organizational culture and its impact on organizational affiliation: a field study in the Jordanian telecommunications companies.

To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed for the purpose of data collection.

The study population consists of all the individuals who occupy the top and middle level management centers of the directors and heads of departments and thier assistants of (600) individuals in the Jordanian telecommunication companies, and the questionnaire was distributed on a sample selected randomly, it was (270) single, and represented a rate (43%) of the study population, (239) questionnaires were restored; with a rate of (88.5%) of the total a questionnaires.

The study used Statistical Package for Social Sciences (Spss.17); to find the arithmetic means, standard deviations ،and multiple regression analysis.

The study found a set of results ،including:The perceptions of the respondents to the paragraphs of the independent variable, Organizational Culture came high.The Perceptions of the respondents on the Organizational Affiliation came high.There were significant effect of Application of organizational culture (organizational beliefs, organizational expectations) on the organizational affiliation (continuing affiliation, moral affiliation, cohesive affiliation).

The study concluded a number of recommendations including: Conducting training courses seminars and workshops on organizational culture and organizational affiliation, To create a positive regulatory environment that encourages creativity, productivity and enhances levels of organizational affiliation.
