Abstract EN

The sunnah of prophet Mohammad peace be upon him has shown great care of the human soul, thus it considered the sanctity of the human soul as a fundamental right for each individual of the society.

Nowadays, sedition and corruption filled the globe showing terrible practices against human dignity and the sanctity of blood.

This research shed light on the concept of the sanctity of the human soul, and the types of crimes commited against it, and it shed light also on the punitive sanctions that the islamic law has decided for these terrible crimes in this lifetime or in the hereafter, including a review of the causes that led to these crimes, exposing ways to cure them and cure their effects.
