Abstract EN

The Quran readings have been transferred orally within the readers with need for conditions.

But by the end of the third century some negative phenomena appeared make it mandatory for the big scientists' to put conditions and regulations in order to limit these phenomena; then they come out with these three conditions:
1- The accuracy of the attribution.

2- Correspondence to the Osman's Moshaff.

3- Correspondence to the right Arabic grammar.

But some of students urgent questions has been asked and look for the satisfactory answers such as: Why the scientist put these conditions? When it has been putted? Who is the first one talk about it? Are they acceptable by everyone? Are they strict and comprehensive, or there are some parts get out of It? And what is the solution if some of the parts get out of these conditions? ! The researcher is trying to answer all these questions with the aid of Allah.
