Although judicial review now become an established part of constitutional law in the Federal Constitutions of the world.

Judicial review is the process under which executive and legislative actions are subject to review by the judiciary.

A court with judicial review power may invalidate laws and decisions that are incompatible with a higher authority.

This power is become a part of basic structure or essential element of the world's written Constitutions.

It has also given wide powers in the hands of higher judiciary which has paved way for tug-of-war between authorities.

Nonetheless judicial review is crucial principle of constitutional interpretation all over the world.
