Therefore, this study seeks to highlight the mechanism of interaction between the textual structure of literary work and the mental structure of the reader, and the associated concepts and accompanying theses that help to establish the interaction process, which was put forward by (Iser) during his research in the procedural mechanisms that would achieve this interaction, such as gaps, the implicit reader, and the wandering viewpoint.
