Abstract AR

The objective of this study was to find out the extent to which the talent management elements of the Mohammed Bin Ali Al Sanussi Islamic University were applied from the point of view of the employees.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive and analytical method in processing the data obtained by distributing a questionnaire to a sample of 234 employees.The study reached several results, the most important of which is that there is anagreement from the sample of the study that the extent of the application of the elements of talent management at the university under study was medium, and there are no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample on the application of elements of talent management due to the personal characteristics of age and sex.The study presented a number of recommendations that contribute to increase the interest in talent management at the university to achieve the competitive advantage of the university under study
