The role of 'Usul Fiqh' is quite known and clear for specialists, through all its sub-fields, in the task of formulating juridical decisions.

Lexical items are highly significant in this regard because they enable the juridical scholar to handle Quranic and reporting necessary issues, such as the general vs.

the restricted, and the macro vs.

the micro.

In view of that, the 'discrepancy of circumstances' of lexical items are essentially indispensible due to polysemy or flexibility in framing meanings to certain lexical items, leading to literal vs.

figurative meaning, implicature, reference vs.

inference, etc.

This current paper rectifies and verifies a significant monograph that details this issue by 'Sayyed Ibrahim Al-Mousawi Al-Qizwini Al-Ha'ri', known as (Sahib Al-Dhawabit, meaning 'Author of Al-Dhawabit').

This mater was investigated by him thoroughly in his Hawza sessions, reported by one of his students, and were not included in 'Dhawabit Al-Usul'.
