Abstract EN

This research consists of four topics and a conclusion:
The first topic: I talked about the nature of murabahah, its forms, the names of murabahah and its components.

The second topic: I talked about the ruling on murabahah, explaining the ruling on fulfilling a promise, the ruling on bank murabahah, the ruling on deferred sales, and meeting contracts in one contract and its ruling.

The third topic: It was in fraud in the murabahah contract, and in it I explained the effect of fraud in the quality of the price (solutions and postponement) on the murabahah contract, and fraud by concealing defects in the commodity, and fraud in the amount of the price.

The fourth topic: I presented the conditions for murabahah for the one who ordered the purchase, and the rules for validity of murabahah.

Conclusion: I mentioned the results of the research
