Abstract EN

This study focused on the significance of the concept and the fundamentalists 'opinion about it, its divisions, and the extent of invoking the concept, whether it is the concept of consent or the concept of contravention.

In the introductory chapter I dealt with the definition of connotation in language and idiom, and the definition of the concept in language and idiomatically, and in the second chapter I talked about the explanatory theories and the division of the word.

For some fundamentalists, the definition of significance has been limited to defining the verbal positivist significance, because deducing jurisprudential rulings from legal texts depends on the jurist's knowledge of the meaning of the words and their meanings
The study showed that there are many theories explaining meaning, such as the heuristic theory, the conceptual theory, the behavioral theory and the context theory, and it became clear that there are roots for some theories among the fundamentalists, such as the heuristic theory, the conceptual theory, and the context theory
