في الدراسة الحالية تم تحضير الكوبوليمرات من نوع (ستايرين داي فنيل بنزين) و ذلك من خلال تقنية العوالق بوجود التلوين ثم تم تحويله إلى مبادل أيوني و ذلك من خلال تفاعل الكلورومثيليشن الذي أجري على الكوبوليمر المحضر بعد تفاعله مع البارافورمالديها يد بو جود حامض لويس كعامل مساعد.
إضافة إلى ذلك تم الحصول على مبادلات امينية قوية و ضعيفة من خلال التحكم بعملية الكلورومثيليشن للكوبلوليمر S-DVB مع الامينات الأولية و الثانوية و الثالثية على التوالي.
و أظهرت المبادلات الأيونية القوية سعة تبادل أيوني بمدى (3.6-3.8 ملي مول \ غرام) اعتمادا على درجة التشابك و كفاءة عملية الكلورو مثيليشن.
Abstract EN
By their high chemical resistance, porous styrene-divinylbenzene copolymers (S-DVB) are still the most commonly used as starting copolymers in the synthesis of ion exchangers.
In the present study, the characteristics of the starting S-DVB macro porous copolymers synthesized by suspension polymerization technique in the presence of toluene as progeny and those of the anion exchangers derived there from have been followed.
Fictionalization by chloromethylation reaction of the macro porous S-DVB copolymers was performed with par formaldehyde (CH2O)n / HCl in the presence of Lewis acid as a catalyst (anhydrous AlCl3), in methanol as a reaction medium.
Weak and strong base anion exchangers were obtained by the amination of the chloromethylated S-DVB copolymers with (primary, secondary and tertiary) amines respectively.
The strong base anion exchanger showed an ion exchange capacity in the range (3.6-3.8 mmol / g dry resin), depending on the cross linking degree, the dilution of the starting copolymer, and on the efficiency of chloromethylation.
