Abstract EN

This subject aims to identify the obstacles of teaching the subject of Management and Economics at the directorate of North of Hebron from the point of view of their teachers.

The subject specifically trying to answer the following questions: What are the main obstacles to teaching the subject of Management and Economics from the point of view of their teachers? Is there a relationship between the university specialization of the teacher and obstacles of teaching Subject of Management and Economics? annual assessment of the teacher and obstacles of teaching between teacher’s experience.

The researchers used the descriptive approach, and designed a questionnaire to collect data, which were verified in sincerity and persistence ways of educational and appropriate statistical methods, as the value of reliability coefficient Cronbach alpha is (0.90), and study population consisted of all teachers assigned to teach the subject of Management and Economics at the Directorate of North Hebron's (40) teachers.

The results showed that the obstacles of teaching Subject of Management and Economics at the Directorate of North Hebron came moderately (of the total degree) and a mean of (2.15) according to Likert scale triple, as results showed a statistically significant relationship at (α = 0.05) between the university specialization of the teacher and the obstacles of teaching Subject of Management and Economics.
