Abstract EN

This study aims to diagnosis the reality of Governance in Algeria, for this we decided to analyze the situation of Governance in Algerian Sector by adapted the some international reports like as Transparency International report, Arab human reports, international world bank, African Governance reports and others international reports, during the period 2007-2015, and we used this reports to determine the application of Governance in Algeria.

Study revealed that application of Governance in Algeria was relatively, and her principle showed in some sectors, but in general the other principles didn’t applied and they need some procedures to activate the application of good governance and its principles in all sectors.
