Abstract EN

This study aims to highlight the important role of industrial partnership represented in production license contracts with foreign laboratories in the transfer of technology and knowledge to national pharmaceutical companies - a case study of Saidal Complex- in the field of quantity and quality of the Algerian pharmaceutical product to meet the increasing demand for medicine in the Algerian Market, as well as export surplus to other countries.

Among several conclusions reached this study, the main one is production licenses as a form of industrial partnership represents a strategic choice of Saidal Group to benefit from foreign expertise in technology transfer, formation personal, pharmaceutical product divertisation and export.
