The purpose of this article is to analyze the different aspects and the key concepts related to the phenomen on of the resistance to change as well as to study methods of mitigating resistance in organizations through three currents.
Organizational change, this is the theory of force fields, the choice of a change management strategy and finally through the model of the phases of concerns.

L'objectif recherché de cet article est d'analyser les différents aspects et concepts clés liés au phénomène de la résistance au changement ainsi que de traiter des méthodes d'atténuation des résistances dans les organisations à travers trois courants du changement organisationnel, il s'agit de la théorie des champs de forces, le choix d'une stratégie de conduite de changement et enfin à travers le modèle des phases de préoccupations.
