Beyond the problem of the opening or not the air transport in Algeria to the Algerian and foreign private investors which remains composed, the opening of the Algerian sky in the competition(competitors) establishes(constitutes) at present a hardly debated subject.
States and regional organizations do not stop putting pressure on Algeria for that purpose.
The United States for the line Algiers New York, the European Union, the countries of the Arabian Gulf and the countries of the Maghreb in particular regularly try again there The International organization of the Civil aviation (ICAO) subscribes to it naturally.
The oppositions, at the moment, concerned Algerian authorities, at the idea of the open sky mainly (total opening of the sky) relieved in it by Air Algeria could not infinitely resist the pressures

Au-delà de la problématique de l'ouverture ou non du transport aérien enAlgérie aux investisseurs privés algériens et étrangers qui demeurent posée, l‟ouverture du ciel algérien à la concurrence constitue actuellement un sujetfort controversé.
Les Etats et les organisations régionales ne cessent d'exercerdes pressions sur l'Algérie à cet effet.
Les Etats Unis pour la ligne AlgerNew York, l'union européenne, les pays du golfe arabique et les pays duMaghreb notamment y reviennent régulièrement à la charge L'organisationInternationale de l'Aviation Civile (OACI) y souscrit naturellement.
Les oppositions, à l'heure actuelle, des autorités algériennes concernées, àl'idée de l'open sky principalement (ouverture totale du ciel) relayées en celapar Air Algérie ne pourraient indéfiniment résister aux pressions.
