تسعى هذه الورقة إلى تحليل مختلف التعديلات الدستورية التي طرأت على الدستور الحالي للبلاد (1996) بحيث عرف هذا الأخير ثلاث تعديلات يعكس كل تعديل منها مرحلة أو ظرف مرت بها الجزائر وذلك من أجل مسايرة الدستور للتغييرات الأساسية للبلاد و كذا مواكبة الظروف و التطورات التي تعرفها الساحة الإقليمية و الدولية.
Abstract EN
This paper seeks to analyze the various constitutional amendments that have taken place in the current constitution of the country (1996).
The latter defined three amendments, each of which reflects a stage or circumstance experienced by Algeria ; in order to keep the Constitution in line with the basic changes of the country and to keep abreast of the conditions and developments defined by the regional and international arena.
