تم تقسيم الصفات الميكانيكية اليناميكية لتركيبات البلي اثيلين (عالي الكثافة، متوسط الكثافة و واطئ الكثافة) الحوية على نسبة 0 % إلى 50 % من المالئات و هي الليكنوسليليوز، كالسيوم كاربونيت و اللألياف الزجاجية.

درجة الحرارة المستخدمة من 25 إلى 100 درجة مئوية، و تم تسجيل الصفات الميكانيكية و تأثير المالئات عليها.

Abstract EN

Dynamic mechanical analysis was employed to evaluate the performance of lignocelluloses filler in polyethylene (HDPE) composites.

Composites were made at 0 percent and 50 percent by weight filler contents.

Temperature scans in the range of 25° to +100°C were performed, and storage modulus, loss modulus, and mechanical loss factor (tan d) were recorded over the selected temperature range.

Different transitions were monitored, and the effects of filler on location and intensity of such transitions were investigated.

The b transition was hard to detect, whereas the a transition was shifted to higher temperatures when fillers were present.

The results also indicated that b transition is not a major transition in such composites, whereas tan ð curves of the composites tended to deviate from the pure plastic curve at temperatures above a transition temperature.
